Reservation process 6 questions

How does the reservation process work?
Step 1: browse the available pups. Step 2: text or call 330-231-3587 about the pup you like. We reply same day with extra photos, video clips, and any answers. Step 3: if it's the right fit, a reservation fee secures your pup. Full walkthrough on The Process page.
How long until I can bring my pup home?
Usually 1 to 4 weeks from reservation, depending on the pup's age. Pups can go home from 8 weeks old. If you reserve a younger pup, we hold them until they're ready.
Can I visit before reserving?
Yes. Visits are by appointment, text 330-231-3587 to set a time. Most buyers ask a few questions by text first, then visit if they're seriously considering a pup.
Is there a waitlist?
Sometimes. When a litter is fully reserved or between litters, yes. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment a new litter arrives, usually a week before they go public.
Can I reserve a pup before they're born?
Yes, for buyers who know our parent lines. Pre-litter reservations require a refundable hold and a call once the pups are born. Ask us if you'd like to do this.
What if I'm not sure which pup is right for my family?
That's what we're here for. Tell us about your home, your schedule, who's in your family, and what you're hoping for. We've placed pups for 8 years, matching is the part we're best at.

Pickup & delivery 5 questions

Where is pickup, and how does it work?
Pickup is at our home in Millersburg, Ohio (44654), by appointment. Plan on 30 to 60 minutes. We walk you through the go-home kit, meet the parent dogs, and send you off with everything you need.
Do you deliver?
Yes, anywhere in the continental U.S. Either ground transport via a vetted driver, or in-cabin air delivery through a pet nanny. See Pickup & Delivery for cost ranges.
How much does delivery cost?
Ground: $500 to $1,500 depending on distance. Air (in-cabin nanny): $400 to $900. Always quoted upfront before you reserve. Delivery isn't included in the puppy price.
How long does ground delivery take?
Most ground deliveries are 1 to 3 days door-to-door, in a climate-controlled vehicle with rest stops and meals. You get photo updates en route.
Can someone else pick up my pup?
Yes, with prior arrangement. We need a written note from you (text is fine) and the person picking up needs photo ID matching the reservation name.

Health & vet care 5 questions

What health checks does each pup get?
Every pup leaves with a full nose-to-tail vet evaluation, age-appropriate vaccinations, and dewormer. You receive all health records at pickup. See The WCP Promise.
What's the 7-day vet check window?
Within 7 days of pickup, take your pup to your own licensed vet. If they find an undisclosed congenital or hereditary issue, you choose a full refund or a replacement pup from our next litter.
Are your pups AKC-registered?
Our French Bulldogs are AKC-registered. Portidoodles are a designer crossbreed (Portuguese Water Dog × Poodle), which AKC doesn't register, standard for hybrids. We provide a pedigree document for Portidoodles instead.
What health testing do parent dogs have?
Parents are screened for breed-specific conditions (hip dysplasia, patellar luxation, eye health, and others by breed). We choose parent lines for health first. Specific results are available on request.
What food do you start them on?
A high-quality puppy formula. We send you home with a small bag plus the brand and formula info so you can transition gradually.

Payment & refunds 4 questions

How much is the reservation fee?
A portion of the total puppy price (currently $100), set per pup. It's always applied to the total, never a separate charge. The amount is confirmed in your reservation confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Reservation fees: credit, debit, or bank transfer. Balance at pickup: cash, certified check, or bank transfer (no credit cards for the balance, keeps costs lower for you).
Is the reservation fee refundable?
Yes, up to pickup, minus a small admin fee. After pickup, refund eligibility is governed by the 7-day vet check window per The Promise.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The listed pup price + delivery (if applicable) is everything. No documentation fee, no vaccination surcharge, no surprise add-ons.

What if I have questions after we get home?
Text or call us. Lifetime breeder support is part of The Promise, reach us for the life of your dog. Most questions get a same-day answer.
Can I share photos and updates?
Please do, we love it. With permission, we share buyer photos in litter updates and on social. Tag us @worldclasspup.
What if life changes and I can't keep my dog?
Talk to us before doing anything else. We'd rather take a pup back and re-home them ourselves. Lifetime re-home support is part of how we work.
Do you recommend training resources?
Yes. Every buyer gets a "First 30 Days" guide at pickup, plus a few trainers we trust in Ohio and on Zoom. Ask and we'll connect you.

No. Every pup is raised inside our family home, around our kids and our parent dogs. No kennels, no cages. It's commitment #5 of The Promise.
