We don't just hand your pup to whoever's cheapest. Every driver we work with has been vetted personally, references checked, vehicles inspected, and a track record of safe transports we've followed for at least a year.
Air delivery uses in-cabin nannies (your pup flies in the cabin with a human, not in cargo). Ground delivery uses climate-controlled vehicles with built-in rest stops, meals, and walks.
You get the driver's name, photo, and contact info before pickup. You get text or photo updates at every leg of the trip. Your pup is never out of communication.

- Climate-controlled vehicle (60–75°F at all times)
- Rest, water, and bathroom every 3 hours

When is the exact pickup address shared?
After your reservation is confirmed and a pickup date is scheduled. Until then, "Millersburg, Ohio 44654" is what's public.
How long does ground delivery take?
Most U.S. destinations are 1 to 3 days door-to-door. Drivers travel with breaks for the pup's comfort, not just to make time. You get photo updates at every stop.
Can I track the delivery?
Yes. You'll have direct text contact with the driver and get photo updates at every rest stop. We also share their ETA daily.
What if I want to fly in to pick up the pup myself?
Even better, many buyers do this. Closest airports are Akron-Canton (CAK), Cleveland (CLE), and Columbus (CMH). We can coordinate the timing with your flight.
Is the delivery cost included in the puppy price?
No. Delivery is quoted separately and confirmed before you reserve. The puppy price covers the pup and everything in The Promise (vet check, vaccines, records, etc.).
