Take your pup to your vet within 7 days. If they find an undisclosed health issue, refund or replace.

Every pup is socialized in real family life from day one. Never a kennel.

Why we wrote this down.
Buyers came to us nervous because they’d heard horror stories. Pups that arrived sick. Breeders who disappeared after pickup. “Pay Full” sites that turned out to be foreign scams.
So we did something most breeders won’t. We wrote down what we owe every family: eight things, in plain English, that don’t bend. If we ever break one of them, you have it in writing. Call us. We make it right.
The Promise isn’t marketing. It’s the floor we won’t go below.
The 7-day vet check window — how it actually works.
Every pup leaves our home with a full vet evaluation. But your vet should look at the pup too. Within 7 days of pickup, take your pup to your own licensed vet for a wellness check.
If your vet identifies an undisclosed congenital or hereditary health issue, meaning a problem that was present before you brought the pup home and wasn’t shared with you, here’s what we do:
- We accept the vet’s written report
- You choose a full refund of the reservation fee and pup price, OR a replacement pup from our next available litter at no additional cost
- Delivery costs incurred either way are non-refundable, since they’re paid to third-party drivers
This is a real guarantee in writing. Not buried in a 10-page contract or an arbitrary clause hidden in fine print.
